Excellent customer service. My car was picked up from home and taken to the dealership for an MOT test. It was returned later that day and the garage had also done a full valet on the car free of charge.

Whole Audi experience was excellent from the day we walked in and met Ross (23/9/2021) to the day we collected our lovely new car (16/5/2022). We were updated as needed and knew of the delay before we ordered. Excellent all round service and information provided and special thanks to Ross Bradbury for his knowledge, patience and all round friendliness.
