I have completed the survey positively as I’m sure it would impact the branch if I didn’t and the staff there are great friendly and helpful. I was disappointed however to find out my car wasn’t due a service for another 4K miles I had travelled 40 mile round trip as had my husband who was taking me home which wasted our morning and petrol. I think this was due to an automatic service reminder Audi needs to look into this as it did leave me disappointed. Apart from that always had great service and my car was cleaned
