Would like to have the annual service and MOT to be carried out at the same time. I understand that the service was delated due to the Covid pandemic and therefore the dates to not coincide.

We asked for a quote for Audi Teeside to buy the vehicle and was told approx £37,000 but someone would call to book an appointment to view and agree. 1 week passed and we didn’t hear anything so I called to get an appointment but was told I can only use Lookers website tool to get a quote which came back at £32,850. This was unexpected as no one at the dealer ever mentioned a website and then to be offered £4000.00 less than the actual dealer offered is very poor in my opinion. We bought the vehicle from Audi and wanted to give Audi the chance to buy it back as the car is in excellent condition and would make a great car to sell.
