The issues with the car where flagged during it's service in February. The car was re-booked but the faults i reported not checked during service otherwise the correct parts would have been ordered and the fault known. I reported a driving light inoperable so the replacement light was ordered but in actual fat the wiring had been damaged and needed replaced instead. Surely a check during when it was in for service would have clarified this and saved my car being in the garage for 2 days and allowed a slot for someone else car.

Steve is a friendly and very helpful member of staff nothing is to much trouble for him and he takes his time explaining cars/ finance options etc.
