Fiona was very professional and helpful throughout the administration phase. I did enquirer about a service plan but was told due to my vehicle it was unlikely one would be available. Fiona did give me the number for Audi head office but I have not rang them as I feel it’s a waste of time.

However, the overall experience with Teesside Audi is excellent, with knowledgeable sales executives and helpful and friendly staff. There is a real team atmosphere on site.
