All excellent, I would deal with Teesside Audi again, a special thank you to Kyra Watson for picking up the sale after her colleague who I originally dealt with to purchase a new A5 sports-back, left the dealership at short notice.

Outstanding customer care. Fiona Williams in service worked closely with Dan technician to ensure an unexpected issue with the vehicle was thoroughly investigated while it was in for service and MOT. This restored my confidence in the Audi brand as I was worrying about keeping my Q7 (which I love) beyond its warranty due to a couple of AA /Audi assist visits it has required for engine management mode/exhaust filter that weren’t showing in the central Audi log.The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to or met was lovely and very helpful. The lovely man whose name i annoyingly can’t recall who greeted me in the parking area was very professional and helpful on arrival and later again when collecting the vehicle a few days later, knowing my name on seeing the registration and moving the vehicle closer to enable swapping over lots of child seats etc.On final pickup, I had my twin toddlers with me on a busy Friday night near closing time. Everyone went out of their way to make them feel welcome. They had cake, a drink, and an excellent book about road safety. We were assisted negotiating the busy car park area and I transferring our belongings from courtesy car to our Q7.Overall an excellent experience, led by Fiona and supported by everyone at Teesside Audi. A very high standard of care.
