Arranged to collect my car at 10:30 am, at a pre-arranged quiet time. The car was blocked in, which prolonged my visit.Also, your security/'meet and greet' people are really annoying! Visitors are assaulted with a barrage of questions as soon as they set foot on the property.Smartly dressed, seventy-year-olds are not typical vandals and often have disposable income. After going through my reason for visiting Audi with your greeter I had to go through exactly the same questions with your receptionist. Annoying!
