Staff as always fantastic. Anna looked after me and she was so pleasant to deal with. There is a man who met and greeted me - sorry don’t know his name but he’s worked at Audi for a long time and he is fantastic. He is so polite always remembers my name and it’s a pleasure to see him

The ladies at reception were very friendly and offered coffee regularly.Extrememely polite and helpful on the phone.The sales man,Ross was also most supportive and found us a suitable car when all seemed to be lost.Thank you Ross.

I can only say I have at all time been well looked after on my visits.Everyone from the man on the door right up to the top man himself ( Seamus ) have greeted me and have endeavoured to satisfy my passion for Audi cars.Only this time I am not prepared to wait 12 months for my next Audi.

The car was returned with issues, which had to be dealt with immediately, as the car systems were not returned to the same settings as before the software update.After the car was returned, these issues were dealt with within 10 minutes.

Hi, I was advised to change the front discs due to corrosion however they were only changed 3,500 miles ago on 12th November 2021 by the Audi dealership in Aberdeen. Something wrong with the technicians assessment or the parts fitted were of poor quality. In addition the technician may not have checked the service record before making the comment. Great service to fix my breakdown though.
