I would like to commend the manner in which the dealership seamlessly managed the service and MOT of my Audi keeping me informed throughout. I had requested a collection and delivered service from my home address for my car and this worked really well and long may this continue. Could you please pass on my gratitude to the gentleman who collected and returned my car.

On this particular occasion a car collection service would have been useful as my usual drop off and pick up lift wasn't available. However, I was informed this service wasn't provided by AUDI / Lookers so had to make alternative arrangements.This surprised me as I know other dealerships do offer this service.
