I called into the branch in September but was told go away and contact Audi assist. An appointment was offered in November which was 8 weeks hence. The AA advised me that the problem would resolve once the pads and discs had bedded in however this was not the case.

Service was excellent but date availability for visits is challenging

The original email confirming booking said I could not stay while the car was being done. I had to ring up to check - presumably the email sent to me is out of date.Before the service I was offered a complimentary wash and valet - although I said yes this was not done.

Reception and meet and greet staff were excellent

Salesman was very helpful.I still really love my car and everything about it I would be willing to trade my car but want the new car to match the car I have now for a similar price and unfortunately you don’t have anything similar yet.

Suff was a very pleasant young man who answered all our questions .He showed care and attention during the test drive and on collection.

Car parking is very difficult. On arrival to collect my car I was told it was blocked by other vehicles and would have to wait until they could be removed. You are aware that I am extremely clinically vulnerable and have been shielding for the past 2 years, which made me very anxious and uncomfortable waiting for my keys.

VW finance delays - on a finance decision took longer than me or the dealership would have liked , as I had moved address, however Ross Bradbury kept me in the loop throughout the process, and kept me informed. Overall very happy with the service provided by Ross and the team, and would recommend anyone wishing to make a purchase from Audi Teeside
