Bilal was super helpful and friendly, he helped us with what we were looking for and answered all our queries. Wasn’t pushy and allowed us the time we needed to make decisions. It didnt work out for us this time but I will definitely be back because of the service Bilal provided.

Found getting through on the phone initially difficult, since then good communication. I thought Steven was very genuine and not pushy, which was very appreciated. Although I haven’t totally dismissed the vehicle, his patience and advice made our experience very pleasant.

My initial enquiry was handled smoothly and an appointment set-up for a few days later. I called reception with a query which answered very quickly to my satisfaction. My visit on the appointment date was handled in very friendly and efficient manner by all the colleagues I interacted with. Ahdil showed me the car and test drove with me. In the end I decided not to buy the car. It all seemed a bit bigger than I thought. I'm used to a smaller car. The vehicle was well presented and all the features were demonstrated to me by Ahdil. The visit was a pleasant experience. Even conversations with fellow clients were friendly chats.

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the service and record-keeping for my vehicle at Audi Teesside (NY73 KMV).On Thursday 26th June, I brought my car in following an oil inspection light appearing on the dashboard. I booked the vehicle in for a service, and it was my understanding that the inspection and any required work were carried out during that visit. However, in October, an oil change light appeared on the dashboard. I contacted the service department to book the car in once again and spoke initially with Carly, who informed me that there was no record of the June service/inspection on the system. She advised she would check with the garage and asked me to call back the following week. When I called back, I was advised that no update had been received. Despite assurances that I would be contacted, I received no further communication. I subsequently spoke with Liam, who again contacted the garage and confirmed that no service history was available. I would like to thank Liam for his help in trying to resolve this query; however, this process took almost a week and caused significant inconvenience. My concern now is that I am required to bring my car back to the garage again for an inspection and oil change (as there is no evidence of what work has been carried out) — incurring additional taxi costs due to the unavailability of courtesy cars. I would like to understand how this situation has occurred and how it will be rectified.Specifically, I would like clarification on the following points:1. Did any inspection or service work actually take place on 26 June?2. If work did take place, why is there no record of it on the system or service history?3. If no work was carried out, why was I not informed at the time of collection?4. How will this affect my car’s official service history, given that there is currently no documented 12-month/10,000-mile service, and my vehicle has now reached 14,400 miles?5. What steps will be taken to ensure that this service record is corrected and accurately reflected on my vehicle’s digital record and maintenance log?I am due to bring my car again to Teesside Audi on Wednesday 22nd October and would welcome some feedback prior to the appointment.

Initial contact was a bit full on - however the guy who dealt with us when we went in to the sales room was really helpful and not pushy.

Tom was very helpful, but also relaxed and didn’t make me feel pressured at any time.

due to the ease of getting some vehicle keys and been left to look at a vehicle on our own without anyone being stood over us.and when needed any of our questions where answered.

03/10/25 vehicle in for service and MOT 10:20am Test booked at 11:00amNo contact so at 14:30 checked the vehicles MOT status… FAILED …. (Emissions at 9500 miles)I assumed that as the vehicle is under Audi warranty it was being repaired, heard nothing until 15:00 when I got a message asking me to authorise a payment of £225.60 to investigate the failure.I then tried for remind to call the branch to question the request as its under warranty… no reply and constantly cut off.I had to then get to the branch to discuss my issues with the billing. Passed to the warranty manager who conveniently had a copy of the small print and showed me the clause to pay an inspection fee…although I do not agree with this part I understand that is not a branch fault but Audi warranty. All of the delay informing me and not being able to simply phone the branch meant that I was without a car from Friday morning until Monday night. It was 17:05 on Monday the 6th when I got a call from a technician telling me that my car was ready to collect, there would be no charge to me as there was nothing wrong with the car at all and it had failed the emissions test due to the person testing it on the 3rd didn't get the vehicle sufficiently hot enough to perform the test, (specifically the cat and GPF).This is a fundamental basic requirement when testing a vehicles emissions and all the more critical on a performance vehicleI got the car back that night with the only offer of recompense being a lift to the garage the following day to collect it… not really the point being without my car another day.In my vehicle I noticed that the dash-cam had been removed from the windscreen and left loose on the passenger seat, why was this done and why was it not re-fitted. It raises more questions about the practices at the garage and does not inspire confidence. The rear parcel shelf had also been removed for some reason and not refitted properly.I was sold the vehicle as one of Audis flagship brands and fully expected the service of a similar standard, sadly on this occasion many things led to a very poor standard of service.I received a text message from the branch on the 7th of October stating that if in a survey I couldn’t score 5 stars that I should reply to the text to get a call to discuss what went wrong, a week later I’m still waiting for a response. My wife and I have been customers at the branch since 2012, having bought 7 vehicles, this experience is making me consider my options switching to another brand altogether. It’s a real shame as the staff are great, perhaps too few and taking on too many vehicles to service them properly and simply be able to answer the phone.I will be contacting the DVSA in regard to MOT practices and question the skill level of the technician involved. The whole experience has left me feeling very disappointed and not a valued customer.
