Andrew did his best to find a car but to be honest I didn’t know what i was looking for myself. So getting suggestions. Andrew worked hard to find me suitable car but in the end I ended up getting a car elsewhere. Purely down to current circumstances

Fantastic service from the second I walked in. We’re offered a drink instantly, all staff say hi regardless of wether you’re speaking to them directly or they’re just walking past. Richard Singh is fantastic, Covers everything you need, very knowledgeable and friendly. I won’t speak to anyone else if he isn’t available (this is not a slight to the other staff but more of a testament to Richard’s excellent service) He’s a credit to the AUDI team.Thank you.

From the second I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and knew it was a fully professional environment. Every person I spoke to offered me drinks and somewhere to sit which was hugely appreciated. I’ll definitely be back there in the future.

Why did my service plan NOT include the 4 wheelDrive system ? It is only a part service plan if it is NOT included ? Why was I NOT told at any time prior to leaving my car for the service with you that it was NOT included and that a further £129 would need to be paid to have this done ? Why was this not picked up, and informed of this please ?? Why was I NOT offered a service plan to include this procedure ?? I don’t like unforeseen expenditures ! That’s why I took out the service plan - to avoid this in expected cost - I was wrong !! Really wish I’d known in advance ! Thanks for the surprise .
