Our personal experience with Lookers Teeside was professional and efficient our sales executive Suff went above and beyond!!The unfortunate side to our purchase had very little to do with Teeside but with Lookers Stirling where the car was originally. The car took over 4 weeks to be delivered to Teeside which without Suff probably tested our resolve to the degree we considered at the time several other options, but honoured our commitment to seeing the car ‘in the flesh’.We purchased the car outright with a ‘trade in’ and the process was straightforward and easy! again, thanks to Suff.We have several younger family member’s whom are interested in electric Audi cars and have recommended Suff as a contact.We hope the car purchased is efficient as our sales executive, then all will be forgotten and we will enjoy our Audi as we have with previous Audi purchases!

I received a reminder that my MOT was due more than a month before it was due to expire so I should call Audi to arrange the MOT however, Audi had no capacity to carry out the MOT so what was the point of the reminder ? Also, it’s a lot of money for barely two hours work !
