Booked car in for a full day to have a part replaced under warranty that I had requested. The car was there for a day and given a health and safety check which was great but not what I booked it in for. It now has to go back again for another day to have the original part replacement warranty work done. Good customer service but may be not the best use of capacity in the workshop and two days without my car use for my business.
