Sarah was very welcoming and professional, she fully explained everything to me on what’s being conducted on the car. After the health check I had a phone call from her giving me an update on the car and what things needed addressing, Sarah was very helpful again explaining the urgent care needed and advisory. Once I came to collect Sarah briefed me on the paperwork step by step and she was very understanding. 5 stars all around and for my next visit I will be requesting Sarah again. Thank you

All the staff are really friendly especially my service advisor Sarah Calvert who was a delight to chat to, she explained everything that was going to happen and any costs associated with the repairs she also kept me updated of the progress and any outstanding work, which she has already booked me in for.
