Everything was straight forward and worked well.I was looked after by Tracy. She was excellent dealt with booking me in and handing over car after an MOT highly efficiently. She was friendly/knowledgeable and spent time explaining the Audi App which is due to expire shortly to me as well transferring the App from my wife’s name to mine. In addition she set up my phone on the car which I greatly appreciated.

very professional, no complaints. Sarah Calvert was very friendly and efficient. Work was completed on time. A coil spring replacement found on inspection was quickly scheduled for the following morning, which was very good for me.

Great service from the team at Audi Stockton, in particular, Richie Singh.In the next section, there is no option for N/A for seating area or Invoice as this was an Audi recall and I did not take the car personally. In the past it has been good, so I will 5 stars anyway 👍
