Unfortunately at the time you're systems were down, however the lass dealing with me was as helpful as you'd expect. Even though I chose not to go with Audi the sales lass was exceptional throughout the process.

Great service. Service advisor was great very accommodating and understanding that I needed my vehicle back by early afternoon. She delivered this no problem and rang to update me.

The service from start to finish was exemplary, can’t fault the experience and the team at Teesside Audi were amazing. Special mention to a couple for individuals. Firstly, Leanne who upon my first visit to the dealership, even contacted me before I landed to hi-light a potential issue and had put solutions in place by the time I got there making sure everything I needed was explained to me and went above and beyond to help get the issues resolved. Unbelievable service - thank you Leanne. Secondly, big thanks to Tracy who had picked up my second part of the visit to remedy the issues with getting the MoT sorted. Again, a few small issues and challenges on timelines but Tracy delivered on every level to make sure I was communicated to and offered solutions to get it across the line.
