Handover was made special by my vehicle being covered up with a covering, it was then slowly taken off to reveal my vehicle. Nice touch

I am very happy with overall service from Teeside Audi.Steve was great. He explained everything clearly beforehand to make it easy to take decision. They also kept my request for the handover time as I wanted to take it in presence of my wife. I will definitely recommend if any of my friends is planning to buy audi

There was a bit of await on the build, however we were updated regularly by Ahdil & Rihanhe. Ahdil then took on full responsibility of our care. Service, update and delivery etc were done extremely well. This is my 4th Lookerss Audi and I think that say everything about tge team at Teesdide Audi

Good service this time but not in December when you wanted me to wait over 4 weeks to get a new battery, this caused me many problems as my car would not start, however a little local garage fixed it the next day.

Audi cam showed that I urgently needed a brake fluid change at a cost of £95. Brake fluid change was done in July 2023 so isn’t due until next year.

I always prefer to talk to a person than use computer online services as they can answer any queries much better than a computer system. The service advisor Fiona went out of her way to assist me and collect all my service information on my vehicle, nothing seemed to be an issue for her, she was excellent.
