Please see comments in section 1I requested information prior to my visit regards renewing my maintainence pan and warranty. Unfortunately tis information had not been passed to the Service Advisor and to exacerbate the issue the Audi system does not allow the information tobe generated until my current deal expires? Doesn't make sense to me! Also I had requested a specific check of my front brakes, and although the audi cam showed that my brakes were checked as part of the routine there was no specific instruction provided on the service sheet prior to going to the workshop so I would assume that this info agin was not passed on subsequent to mt request.
