Audi cam showed that I urgently needed a brake fluid change at a cost of £95. Brake fluid change was done in July 2023 so isn’t due until next year.

I always prefer to talk to a person than use computer online services as they can answer any queries much better than a computer system.The service advisor Fiona went out of her way to assist me and collect all my service information on my vehicle, nothing seemed to be an issue for her, she was excellent.

Very quick turn around, considering it was my fault or mainly my dogs fault he had damaged the car. Audi got us in straight away and kept in touch the whole time with updates. Fix was done very quickly and I was back on the road.
