All worked great I would like to point out the exceptional service I received from Tracey. She was so friendly, polite and professional, she is a credit to Audi Teesside. She kept me up to date with everything that needed doing to my car. I would also like to point out the detailed video I was sent from Jerome the Audi Technician, great detail and very helpful. Brilliant experience all round.
