I was very interested in purchasing the blue 25 plate S3 you are advertising on your website with a trade in of my existing S3 (21 plate) but I withdrew after an overwhelming feeling of not being given a good customer service experience by your sales team who quoted a retail price to me over the one advertised despite requests for their best price!

The quality of the attention of service given was very good.

I would like to say that i have bought a few cars over the years and my previous car before my recent purchase was also an AUDI but i can honestly say that BILAL was lovely, at no time was I pressurised into buying the vehicle, his customer care after buying the car was fantastic he gave me his phone number and explained to us that if we were struggling with any forms no matter what time after he finished work to get in contact. He has sorted a concern for us regarding the car today, this man has brilliant from the first contact to the final purchase helping us with forms and showing us first hand and in person how to operate the car. There are not enough words and sentences in the English language to explain how much this man has done for us it actually made buying the vehicle a absolute pleasure, whatever your paying BILAL in my opinion it's not enough this is a top man with a 5 star plus service. I visited Lookers Audi Teesside on 25.01.2026, with a view to changing my car. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am, and I left the dealership by 11:28am.I have previously bought six new Audi's from the Teesside branch, making this one my seven. I cannot say how disappointing the customer service was in this brief time I was onsite. I was shown two A5's quickly, then we went straight on to the finance and was told that I would be looking at paying a further £200 per month, then I was told about loyalty/returning client special offers, but they were not taken into account. The sales person, just could not be bothered at all, I was then told that the new monthly payment would have a '5' in front of it, but no discussion on whether that would be £501 or £599. I was made to feel that I simply couldn't afford it. All that person had to do was to look at my spending with you over an 18+ year period. I have had no follow up phone call, or communication so I have taken that to be, the end of dealing with Audi. In these economic times, I don't know another business who can turn away, a guaranteed customer but obviously Audi can. Extremely disappointed, and have now had to make appointments with other dealerships.

The pcp figure offered was instantly reduce by 40 pounds per month.
