Service provided was generally in line with previous visits although waiting times at time of dropping off my car were longer than usual. I subsequently found out that the gear box oil change which my car was going in for (requested by Audi), had already been carried out. As additional service items were discovered as part of the initial vehicle check the service booking was not wasted. If no other service items had been found my score would have been 1 star less

Quicker than expected, good facilities to work while I waited. Only dropped a star as they said my car would be washed and vacuumed and it wasn’t.

Was kept up to date with everything that was going on, lots of detail on handover
