Information received pre-service and the actual service process was excellent. Staff were very helpful and overall I was very happy with my experience. The only downside was the fact that my car was supposed to be cleaned and washed. There was an issue with getting it washed which I accepted but the internal washing and vacuuming was also missed. I contact Lookers to let them know but no response received.
