Great service from start to finish

It did what I expected it to do. The staff and everyone at the dealership were excellent but I felt my overall experience fell just short of 5*. When my vehicle went in for it's first service I was told it would take approximately 2 hours which was fine. I specifically mentioned the tyre pressure warning light was showing a problem with the rear left tyre and asked that this be checked out. When I received my Audicam video report everything with the car was shown as OK and the only reference to the tyres concerned the tread depth which was fine which I would expect with only 7000 miles on the clock. It was only when I turned up to collect the vehicle that I was informed that the rear left tyre had a puncture which was not repairable so a new tyre would be required. I asked that this be done, which it was to my complete satisfaction but not before I had to wait for almost another 2 hours for the work to be completed. I feel that had this been reported to me at the time of the Audicam inspection I could have delayed my visit to collect the car. This is, perhaps, a minor issue and I stress the fact that everything else was excellent but I feel it does prevent me giving the full 5* rating.
