Handover was very good. The car was in a separate room which made it feel special. Kyra was very knowledgeable and went through all of the features of the car.

I’m satisfied with the way I have been kept informed regularly with the progress of the repair. However, the repair took around two months due to unavailability of the right tool at Audi Teesside which did not inspire confidence that the engineer is familiar with the fault . Also I have expected the new fitted cooling system to get a warranty as new but I was informed that it will be only valid for the rest of the 3 year. However overall I am satisfied that I had a courtesy car similar to mine. Thank you for your help
