5 star service said it all in the first comment Excellent customer service From booking my car in with the Audi Garage .The collection service .You can tell a well ran business .Same people for 30 years ,good staff retention . Seamus and his team are a credit To Audi Visual health check always good to have on my mobile and email .Payment on secure link . Friendly team at the garage or on the telephone Backed up by a Great mechanics team as I have never had any issues to take a car back . Dealt with Teesside Audi for over 30 years and bought quite a few over the years Audi great cars not just looks or drive but reliable

When checking in I made a note on the system that my rear screen wash was not currently working but this was not looked at during the service. I also ticked the box for Connected Car Activation but was given no further information on this and it wasn’t confirmed if this was done during the service. The whole process was very efficient and I was kept well informed of the progress of the service and MOT. Booking was very quick and easy.
