Straightforward collection at the time given.Richard explained everything I needed to know and showed me how to use the facilities in the vehicle.He gave me a copy of all the digital signed paperwork.Also offered he is available for any future support, which he did follow up with a call the following day to see how it was going with the vehicle.Great service!
