Would have been 5 stars but due to strict adherence to Audi guidelines, the car was not registered in Glynis Freelove's name even though the car being PX'd was in her name and it was requested that the 'new' car be similarly registered. Steven Bunn who unfortunately was unable to carry out the handover, had told me previously that it would be registered in my wife's name.

EASY TO FOLLOW AND BOOKING WAS FINEEVERYTHING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM DROPPING OFF MY CAR TO BEING SENT THE VIDEO AND EVENTUALLY COLLECTING.

Tom was wicked with the service 10/10 Even Kuz Mahmood was brillant Top service recommend always.

Excellent service as always

Unable to use online booking system as it did not have the option to book a routine service as one of the options.Prompt check in of car for service, updated details sent throughout the day of progress with car. Slightly chaotic in showroom on collecting car and car had been valeted but had lots of streaks and marks on the bodywork and windows.
