My appointment was on time, and all my questions and information on the car I was interested in I had answered. Unfortunately you could not supply the new vehicle until the end of the year.

The way I was looked after when I had a gear box failure was marvellous, when you get service like that it makes you purchase from lookers Audi teeside time and time again. Gary kept me informed of every move. Met him and went through all the repair. More than happy to keep going back.

In the end I did get some money back I was a bit disappointed about the length of time I had to wait for my car, I do understand that you had to wait for parts, but I had to pay for a hire car.

Schedule and timing 2) Professional welcoming upon arrival with offers of refreshment throughout the ‘Audi experience’. 3) Clear information on Technical, Schedule and Price. 4) For my records Hard copy of Work carried out with clear pricing of any extras involved. Eg. Batteries for key fobs. 5) My car washed and cleaned to a high standard.

Friendly service, prompt attention at the desk, but just a delay in getting my keys when I was in a rush to get away to a meeting I had to attend. But liked the Camera appraisal of the car.

Exceptionally pleased with valet and webcam.

The handover was exceptional, completely professional and unexpected.
