Fantastic levels of service and customer care from Tom Hunter, who from the moment we walked into the showroom and until the minute we drove out in our new car, could not have been bettered. Benchmark standards and he will be our first port of call when we’re next looking for a car.

Ease of use. I find it easy to navigate and understand.My service advisor was polite courteous and very helpful at all times. I had a slight issue in understanding my video and she explained the options I had extremely well.

Great service from start to finish

It did what I expected it to do.The staff and everyone at the dealership were excellent but I felt my overall experience fell just short of 5*.When my vehicle went in for it's first service I was told it would take approximately 2 hours which was fine. I specifically mentioned the tyre pressure warning light was showing a problem with the rear left tyre and asked that this be checked out. When I received my Audicam video report everything with the car was shown as OK and the only reference to the tyres concerned the tread depth which was fine which I would expect with only 7000 miles on the clock.It was only when I turned up to collect the vehicle that I was informed that the rear left tyre had a puncture which was not repairable so a new tyre would be required. I asked that this be done, which it was to my complete satisfaction but not before I had to wait for almost another 2 hours for the work to be completed.I feel that had this been reported to me at the time of the Audicam inspection I could have delayed my visit to collect the car.This is, perhaps, a minor issue and I stress the fact that everything else was excellent but I feel it does prevent me giving the full 5* rating.

Dealt with in a very polite and efficient way and car picked up the same day as requested.
