When checking in I made a note on the system that my rear screen wash was not currently working but this was not looked at during the service. I also ticked the box for Connected Car Activation but was given no further information on this and it wasn’t confirmed if this was done during the service.The whole process was very efficient and I was kept well informed of the progress of the service and MOT. Booking was very quick and easy.

The online check-in and progress updates were great. I was unable to find an option to book online.Staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was a good space available to work in
