Happy with the service. Used the business area upstairs. Could do with tea and coffee machine in the business area. Also business area was straight under the air con which kept putting out cold air

The way I was looked after when I had a gear box failure was marvellous, when you get service like that it makes you purchase from lookers Audi teeside time and time again. Gary kept me informed of every move. Met him and went through all the repair. More than happy to keep going back.

In the end I did get some money backI was a bit disappointed about the length of time I had to wait for my car, I do understand that you had to wait for parts, but I had to pay for a hire car.
