Like I said previously I booked an MOT. Turned up and only an oil change was booked in. This wasnt available to book on the online system and was only done recently about 10 months ago. Give Teesside Audi their credit they still did the MOT for us.Was good. Although the booking system messed up and didnt book what was actually required and booked.

Trying to book a courtesy car is a nightmare and has to be undertaken weeks in advance. Furthermore, the hyperlink sent to check the status of the car in the workshop only took me to bookings. Finally, trying to call the garage to check the vehicle's status took more than 4 attempts.

I used my Audi App to request an appointment. Audi was closed on the day I sent this through as it was over Christmas, the very next morning I received a phone call which then lead to my car being booked in. Very good serviceThe service from start to finish was excellent. From requesting an appointment on the app, to driving away in my freshly cleaned/repaired vehicle the whole process was effortless…just how I like it!
