Wasn’t accurate at allOverall excellent, the app did let it down as didn’t accurately detail what needed to be done and was basically incorrect. Said car was in workshop yet it was still on my drive. Teesside Audi were great though

Just okayThe technician guys and Andrew B were top class. They explained in detail what the issues with my car was and what had been done so far and the next steps following. Andrew in the technician area kept me up to date with the work to be done.. proffesional, excellent service. Couldn't have been any better to be honest. A credit to Audi.

I dealt with Tracee for the duration of my experience and she couldn’t have been more helpful.Discussed my options about potential issues that may or may not be covered under the extended warranty.Allowed me to work at a desk whilst the technicians worked on my vehicle etc.Examplary customer service.
