I purchased my TT from the group a couple of years ago.I live near Liverpool, having become totally fed up with the lack of service provided by the local dealer decided to drive back over to the North East as all of your staff were more than happy to help!You have a Superstar in Fiona Williams a great asset to the business!Fiona Williams Service Advisor had everything ready for my service and small repair also kept me fully up to spreed regarding my vehicles process! It was also very good to meet and speak to Steve Service Manager and Liam my Technician

Online service is good but some people prefer human communication.Excellent service delivered very professionally. However, there was one disappointment. My car was returned to me with greasy finger marks on the door surrounds which so far are resisting all home cleaning products. Impossible to remove. I think you may have a problem with the gloves that you use!
