Natasha Dodds has, in the past, overseen servicing etc, of my car, and in doing such, has demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She is confident in her presentation of product knowledge, whilst being friendly and personable, with courtesy and politeness being natural traits of her personality. On the occasion of 13th December, 2023, I had two new tyres fitted to my car. She kept me regularly informed of progress during my wait and provided welcome hospitality through the provision of drinks. Overall, a highly highly competent young woman, and an asset to the dealership.When I returned to the dealership on the 27th December, 2023, for the investigation of a query I had with my car, I was welcomed by an exceptional receptionist called Nichola, who rapidly got my concerns satisfactorily resolved. Her manner and professionalism were noticeably efficient, and the first impression which any receptionist provides is extremely important. She inspired my confidence in the dealership, and I thought that her professionalism warranted recognition.Both of these women have served to raise my highest regard for Teesside Audi as front line Ambassadors for your company. Easy to use and completeI booked a while you wait appointment. I was greeted on arrival and dealt with very quickly. I was given a timeframe of when to expect my car to be ready. I was offered a comfortable seating area to wait and offered refreshments whilst I waited. I was sent updates on the progress of my car and a video showing the inspection of my vehicle. My car was ready within the timeframe provided and had been cleaned and hoovered.
