Customer service contact, Craig Jones, was great.I explained I was travelling the following week and we planned options for courtesy car or hire if not repaired when I returned. However, neither was required as my car was repaired and back on my drive when I came home.

As stated in the first comment I don't accept the explanation why headlights are not covered under warranty when internally they condensate up.The experience with the staff was fine - but the the result from my warranty claim was unacceptable

I would have given 5 stars but the back seats were still wet from the scotguarding treatment. The sales advisor had to get a cloth to dry the seats.The hand over was scheduled for 11, the car wasnt ready.
