Quick and efficient check in process, same with collection. Kept informed of progress via text message link. All work carried out as scheduled. Only problem being the lengthy delay between phoning for an appointment and actually getting a booking, mainly because of a requirement for a courtesy vehicle.

An easy process thank you.Booking the car in for its first year service was easy. Opting to stay with the car meant the garage didn't have the car all day, which was much better. The lady who greeted me upon arrival was fabulous, very polite and friendly, ensuring I was looked after.A positive experience. Thank you.
