Simple and efficient - more convenient that making a phone call.Excellent service and the issue with my car resolved. The only problem was I waited 2 months from diagnosis to book the car in for the repair. I then had to cancel as there was not an automatic courtesy car - it was a further 8 weeks to book in with a guarantee of an automatic courtesy car. When I arrived the car was not available as it had not been returned. It was available at the end of the day but the issue meant an unnecessary delay.

Max Harman was superb from start to finish. Approachable, made me and my wife feel very comfortable when looking at the car and off the back of it drove away with the perfect car we were looking for.

The handover went very smoothly, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. My car was waiting ready for me inside the showroom. I was shown how to operate the main functions before I left the showroom and always told if I have any questions to get straight back in touch.

3 times (when initially booking car in, 3 days prior and on the morning of the car coming in) I was asked if I wanted a complimentary wash and vacuum. I said absolutely yes.Honestly couldn’t tell if it had been washed it was raining heavily when collected, but definitely had not been vacuumed, really disappointed.

I visited Teesside Audi as I had an engine management warning light on the instrument cluster. The visit was midweek and I was due to drive south on the coming Monday so I was needing a resolution. I asked to speak with Craig Jones service department. I explained the situation to him . As usual he was empathetic and professionally efficient .He immediately organised a diagnostic assessment of the fault and offered a repair while I waited on the Saturday. I was most grateful and relieved. Many thanks.
