GENTLEMAN WHO PICKED UP MY CAR WAS VERY PROMPT AND POLITE. GOT A CALL MID MORNING SAYING CAR WAS ALL OK AND BEING RETURNED. ARRIVED 10 MINS LATER. WHATS NOT TO LIKE ?

Limited options of what you could book. I needed a routine service and gearbox oil change. As far as I could see there was no option for this online and as such had no idea of likely cost.No issues, good service. To be excellent you have to be above and beyond good.

Explained the main elements of the car, there as an issue with MyAudi which wasn’t Craig’s fault but meant it had to be set up later and just took a bit to sort it
