All the staff were friendly and highly efficient. I would like to say that the service representative Fionna was extremely good at her job explaining what was going to happen and giving advice on alternatives for dropping the vehicle off and getting returned. Also the staff who valeted the car did a thorough job.

I came in with my mother on Tuesday 28th to have my car checked due to a recall. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome and the girl on the reception desk was lovely. Talked me through how long it would take and my expectations were set from the get to. Nothing was too much trouble. They made mum a coffee and brought it to her when we were guided to the customer seating area. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. After about an hour everything was completed and the car was cleaned and vaccumed. The service from start to finish was so easy and a brilliant experience.
