Easy to use and completeI booked a while you wait appointment. I was greeted on arrival and dealt with very quickly. I was given a timeframe of when to expect my car to be ready. I was offered a comfortable seating area to wait and offered refreshments whilst I waited. I was sent updates on the progress of my car and a video showing the inspection of my vehicle. My car was ready within the timeframe provided and had been cleaned and hoovered.

Every member of staff I spoke to was, very professional and approachable. I often feel 'out of my comfort zone' when doing anything related to the car. However I was listened to and had everything fully explained. The whole process was seamless.
