I visited Teesside Audi as I had an engine management warning light on the instrument cluster. The visit was midweek and I was due to drive south on the coming Monday so I was needing a resolution. I asked to speak with Craig Jones service department. I explained the situation to him . As usual he was empathetic and professionally efficient .He immediately organised a diagnostic assessment of the fault and offered a repair while I waited on the Saturday.
