Straightforward and easy to arrange. Initial poor service received from call centre taking booking as my appointment was booked into the Tyneside branch and not Teesside, luckily I noticed the mistake prior to the appointment. Due to the distance I need to travel to the dealer there were no courtesy cars available or while you wait appointments, disappointing. The service I received from Tracy the service advisor and Ben the Technician was excellent. The Health check video from Ben contained the most information and explanation I have ever received, excellent customer service.
