Information was good and i was aware of what was happening with my car. i was planning on going away the day my car came in for a service and Tracey who dealt with me could not do enough. She requested that my car been seen to quickly and i was able to get it at 12 noon which was fantastic. The car had also been valeted and cleaned and the chap that done this was also really helpful and friendly.

although the problem with my audi wasn’t fixed teeside are an excellent dealership

Fitted me straight in when the car broke down, with a courtesy car, then also sorted my windscreen replacement before I drove to France after the insurance company let me down! Craig Jones was brilliant

Everything was straight forward and worked well. I was looked after by Tracy. She was excellent dealt with booking me in and handing over car after an MOT highly efficiently. She was friendly/knowledgeable and spent time explaining the Audi App which is due to expire shortly to me as well transferring the App from my wife’s name to mine. In addition she set up my phone on the car which I greatly appreciated.
