It was so easy to see the visual progression of work I was greeted on arrival and made to feel a valued customer. Everything was explained to me and I wasn’t hurried.

There was no option to book a service for my car. I had to choose the option of a call back from the dealership. The system then seemed to allocate a service itself and schedule a date that was not suitable. Everything was done on time and went smoothly. I was kept informed throughout the day on what was happening and when.
