Sarah was very welcoming and professional, she fully explained everything to me on what’s being conducted on the car. After the health check I had a phone call from her giving me an update on the car and what things needed addressing, Sarah was very helpful again explaining the urgent care needed and advisory. Once I came to collect Sarah briefed me on the paperwork step by step and she was very understanding. 5 stars all around and for my next visit I will be requesting Sarah again. Thank you
