I love my experience while living there. The area and amenities were nice. I would have given the 5 star to moving out but when I requested a walk through of my apartment before leaving it seems that wasn’t able to be down with 1 week head time looking for. If that had been done would be 5 star. I will await the check for my deposit but given that goes thru fine my ranking for that will be 5

I was living at terrena for four years with all types of different people. It was very stressful. I think the terrena did a great job, I do wish that there was better communication since I’ve seen several different managers come through.

My daughter (who is the actual resident) moved from the 4th floor to the first floor. No big deal, but there was still paperwork to be done. Your office staff was, frankly, terrific. They helped her out with everything she needed, clearly explained to her what needed to be done and when her "special needs" got in the way, were instrumental in assisting her get over the hurdles. I thank you so much. (I didn't rate the refund because I have not gotten one and since she is still resident there I don't expect one.)

The living experience was okay overall. Issues with tenants smoking all over the grounds especially the pool areas and tenants not picking up their dog droppings were the biggest issues.

Tenants above us were essential a marching band that practices close to or after midnight. Tenant below is the antithesis of the dog whisperer; he needs help with his dog, A.S.A.P. Terrena staff and the building itself are perfect.

Moving out was easy and painless. I can't answer yet about the refund as that hasn't happened yet.
