The first and second floor trash chutes often get backed up and the carpets in the hallways on these floors are dirtier in certain areas, like the entrances/ exits. Suggest putting a rubber mat in these areas. Alarms will randomly go off but it's not often. Overall, nice place to live.

I originally would recommend this place since its been while since a incident, but my wife having her car broken into within the gated area of the parking garage is unacceptable. After how many car break-ins and motorcycles flat out stolen from the garage does it take to get proper security and cameras throughout the garage? The amount of times I've seen people who don't live here sneak behind other tenants when they open the gate is immeasurable. Fix your security. Put someone by the entrance of the gate and actually stop people who dont live here from entering the garage.

We love living here. However, the fire alarms are becoming of a headache. We understand laws, regulations and safety. We have a newborn, it’s very difficult to manage an infant with loud fire alarm noise. Actions needs to be taken especially for when they go off because of Smoking. And/or the people initiating need to be held responsible for false triggers.

Oscar was a phenomenal leasing assoc. He took his time in showing me multiple units, answered all my questions and at one point Oscar even stood in front of me to protect me from a Big dog loose in the hallway. A complete gentleman!!

Probably not a great time for this survey since there have been so many frustrating issues with the fire alarm system among other things! Community and leasing office is not very friendly! Location however is great except the recent street takeovers on Shirley and Plummer!!

Oscar helped make the tour very easeful from initial connection to the actual tour. I was very impressed with how organized he was with all the documents needed to answer my questions and reference them during the tour. Most of all, he was very transparent about rates which made it easy for me to ask questions.
