The experience I had living at Terrena was dismal. It is an unlivable place. The constant fire alarms and lack of care from the staff was appalling. After speaking to many tenants I realized this problem is ongoing, and will not change. The bait and switch Terrena's staff does has one believing you are going to be in a nice updated and beautiful building. Yet, they never communicate or offer the full picture or information to what is needed as to moving in, out or when something is wrong. After many emails and questions about the property and how unsafe I felt with the alarms and what was happening I knew I had to leave. I was never informed of the information I needed to properly move out, what forms I had to fill out or what I needed to do until I was physically handing over my keys. This place 0/10 recommendations.
