I enjoy the amenities that we are provided. I would recommend making the parking rules and guidelines more available to tenants to better accodomate visitors.

It feels like it is a very warm and friendly community and the person that gave us the tour. He was so so wonderful. Very professional professional.

The leasing agent was rude and mostly unhelpful. She would not directly answer the questions I asked. I did get to see the entire community but I was baffled by the fact most of the community spaces were pay to use.

Oscar was a pleasure to work with! I needed a little hand holding because I haven’t rented an apartment in a long time and he was kind and explained everything to me! I can’t wait to be a member of the Terrena Community!
