In terms of communication, the property managers communicated everything I needed. I wonted for nothing.In terms of overall living experience, my only real complaint was the noise that came from the shopping center across the way. That’s not the communities fault but I have to factor it in.

Understand this is perhaps a corporate decision, but as much as I would like to live here longer the rent is too high. I was hoping there were perks or discounts for residents who have lived here long.

Communications with Terrena were not great. Getting a hold of a person via phone was near impossible. Thought there are usually 2-3 folks in the leasing office. Too many times called for no pickup only to walk down and have them ready to greet you was annoying and frustrating. Once getting to talk to a person, interactions were friendly and polite. But calling an email etiquette were severely lacking.Lack of email response, empty name footer (you don’t know who is really responding), and clarity thru proper communication can use a retraining.
